What’s special about this program
The season-opening concert introduces the audience to contemporary music by composers with global inspirations and eclectic influences.
The performance concludes with percussionist/composer Tsoof Baras’ “The Angels are Coming,” a fun, heavenly piece for 6 harmonic whirlies, and if you stick around afterward, you can try your hand at playing them!
Join us at 5:00pm for family-friendly activities including face-painting and an instrument petting zoo.
